How to access and share files on the network storage

You can access the shared folder through following the following easy steps \\ 1. Log on to your machine using your Active Directory credentials, instructions here \\ 2. Once you are logged in, do the following: \\ 3. On your run, type \\41.89.93.157 \\ 4. You will be prompted for a username and password \\ 5. Enter your active directory account details, where your username is your payroll no. and your password is the one you will have set after the initial logon to the Active Directory \\ 6. Create a folder and upload your files. \\ 7. The folder will now be accessible by users on the active directory.
